Welcome to Matsumoto's House of Martial Arts! Inside the Warrior Training Center. We appreciate your visit and hope to see you in our school soon! Our school is unique amongst all others in the Natomas area. In order to create a more well-rounded martial artist, our curriculum is a combination of Kempo Karate, Hapkido, and Arnis. By taking the best of what Japanese, Korean and Filipino martial arts have to offer we have put together a great curriculum to create a very well rounded martialartist. We also teach Muay Thai and have the largest youth fight team in northern California

Brazilian Jiu JItsu (BJJ)
Dubbed as the gentle art, this art is known for its chokes, sweeps, submissions and deadly techniques. Used both for sports and for combat, BJJ originated from Japan’s Mitsuyo Maeda teaching it to the Gracies of Brazil. Today, Brazilian Jiu jitsu is a staple martial arts all over the world and is now growing popularity in Mix Marital Arts (MMA). We conduct classes in No Gi Jiu Jitsu or submission grappling. Our dojo provides an ego free and pleasant atmosphere perfect for learning the gentle art in areas of Natomas and Sacramento.
Muay Thai
Muay Thai otherwise known as the art of 8 limbs is the modification of the traditional boxing and European Kickboxing. Originating in Thailand, this martial art is effective in delivering deadly blows using the fists, elbows, knees and legs. Our Muay Thai classes also offer teaching Wai Kru in adherence to the traditions of this beautiful martial art.
Mix Martial Arts (MMA)
Culmination of both standup and ground fights, MMA has become popular over the past decade in the world of Martial arts. It is a combination of karate, boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, and BJJ. Mix Martial Arts has grown popularity evidenced by the number fight organizations aside from its pioneer the UFC. MMA is now popular not only in the US but also in the different parts of the world.
